New Professional Stadium Arena Bracing now offered by Pro Shot Basketball. Now that all Premium brands have changed from acrylic to the better tempered glass, you will see slowly but surely all brands will be braced with Stadium Bracing. Stadium Arena Bracing is what you see in all college or professional arenas. The upper arms attach all the way to the side edge of the backboard (for the most support). The lower arm goes straight to the rim for the most support for Slam Dunks. This means there are no bars and arms attached in the center off the boards (like college and the pro's) for a much nicer cleaner look, and the best support/play possible. Other great brands like Goalrilla, Wilson, First Team and more are also offering this great look/bracing on select models which we are proud to sell. Please call and ask us about all these great brands and offers from Pro Shot Basketball.

Stadium Arena Bracing Pro Shot 540, 660 and 672 Models

White Lightning 540 Y Mount

Why is it so important to have a basketball set on a 5"x5" pole? All basketball sets shake and sway, even sets that cost $1000. But you reduce the shake when you play on a 5"x5" pole. 5"x5" poles shake 30% less than brands/models on 4"x4" poles. So why pay more for a 4"x4" pole set and have it shake and be more soft and dead?

Never buy a set on a 4"x4" pole over $499. Stores have clever fake sales to make you think you're getting a deal. EXAMPLE: There are stores that sell a set called Goaliath (this is not Goalrilla) but they will tell you it's just like a Goalrilla for less. Yeah...that's like saying oil and water are alike. Stores that sell Goaliath will say Reg. $999.00, on sale for $599.00. WOW...how nice of them...a $400.00 savings! But wait... it's been $599.00 every day since the day they brought it in (3 years now) - it's never been $999.00 for one day...it always sells for $599.00

Problem 2: It's a 4"x4" pole that's a 2 piece sectional and 14 gauge thin. The board is not 3/8" thick (it's thinner). Goaliath on sale for $599.00? Hmmmmm...The Hydra-Rib Model 88465 has the same 4"x4" sectional pole that's 14 gauge thin, it has the same size 54" board (but the Hydra-Rib/Spalding board is thicker than Goaliath) and the Hydra-Rib/Spalding everyday price is $499.00. Oops, we mean Reg. $1000.00, on sale for $499.00.

Problem 3: The Goaliath now has a 60" board - Reg. 1199.00, on sale for $799.00. Do you know this 60" set is the same pole (14 gauge thin and sectional) same rim, same crank, same arms as the $599.00 Goaliath? That's right, the cost is $200 to get a board 6" bigger. Ouch, ouch, ouch! Some upper end systems charge up to $300 more to go from the 54" to 60" backboard!

When Pro Shot sells the 54"board, pole and rim model, we do not charge $200-$300 like some stores to go to the bigger 60" board, we charge as little as $100! Plus we add bigger, thicker steel arms for better play on the 60" Pro Shot Systems. Stop paying the chain stores huge mark-ups.
